Established in 2002, Food Careers is made up of experienced recruitment consultants with in depth knowledge of the food manufacturing industry. We serve the food industry exclusively, enabling us to provide an effective and flexible recruitment service.

We assist food industry with vacancies from Supervisor through to Director Level, covering a range of functions such as: Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Technical & Quality, Product Development, Sales & Marketing, HR, Hygiene, Brand, Process, Compliance.

What You Can Expect From Us

We will not waste your time;

We aim to establish a mutually beneficial client relationship based on service delivery, respect, openness, integrity, transparency, and professionalism;

We will invest the time in understanding your business and it’s culture, the vacancy, the skills and experience required and personal attributes required;

Wherever possible we arrange a face to face meeting to help us gain a thorough understanding of the culture and mechanisms of your business;

You will receive a full copy of our Terms of business and are on hand to discuss these at any time;
The candidates we send you will be suitable for your vacancy. We will provide additional candidate information such as salary and notice period;

We will effectively communicate with you throughout the recruitment process from the day we take on your recruitment requirement to the day the candidate commences employment with you;

We will keep in touch with you for a period of 12 months after your chosen employee has commenced employment. In our culture, a permanent placement is only a success if the recruited candidate completes 12 months employment.

We will represent your business in an ambassadorial way and promote your business in a professional manner at all times;

Feedback, both positive and negative, received from candidates will be passed onto the client, should we feel the information could be used to improve the recruitment process;

For contingency/database recruitment, you will only be charged a placement fee once the appointed candidate has commenced their employment.
