Salary £40,000 pa - £45,000 pa depending on experience
As a dynamic challenger brand operating Nationally within the Food industry, this company supply high quality foods to health-conscious customers. As a fast-growing business with a passion for nutritious foods, they want to reach even more customers and have created a new role for a Digital Marketing Manager to develop and deliver the Digital Strategy, increasing brand awareness and customer loyalty.
The jobholder will maximise the effectiveness of existing Digital channel marketing campaigns and apply a strategic mindset in analysing potential new platforms. They will work with company directors to establish the digital strategy and create content for distribution through various digital channels and embed Digital into wider Marketing and Commercial plan.
The Digital Marketing Manager will work proactively but must also be alive to reactive Digital Marketing opportunities in what is a fast-moving ever-changing sector of the food industry. There will be a requirement to take the lead on Digital Customer Acquisition initiatives and Spend, utilising Paid Social to convert clicks and views into paying customers.
Utilising excellent communication skills, the individual appointed will work closely with the offline Commercial and Marketing team to ensure both offline and online marketing delivers a coherent unified message that meets the goals of the wider marketing strategy.
There will be an opportunity to work closely with Web Developers to enhance the customer experience and ensure the company website is optimized for the latest Consumer and Marketing trends. Applying a structured approach, the Digital Marketing Manager will use analytics to measure and improve Digital performance, set, track and measure KPI’s for Social media, drive incremental improvements and turn data into reports for company directors to review.
Working closely with the Sales and Marketing team, the jobholder will build Digital campaigns that yield great results for new product promotions, online events, and category initiatives. The Digital Marketing Manager will develop partnership agreements with media agencies, vendors, and freelancers to produce quality multimedia content for distribution to media channels.
Applicants for this role will be a tenacious social media professional with a proven track-record in managing Digital campaigns for a FMCG/Food business and brand. Your Social experience will encompass most of the established channels including: Google Adwords, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest. You will have both a creative and analytical mind with experience of interpreting trends and writing reports. You will be proficient with SEO/SEM best practice and be able to deliver effective Email campaigns. Ref: 3250
